The National Science Foundation hereby awards a grant of $226,984 to University
of Arkansas at Little Rock for support of the project described in the proposal
referenced above as modified by revised budget dated April 24, 2002.
This project, under the direction of Mary L. Good, William M. Mitchell, is
entitled:
"ITWF: The Research Component of a Model Information Technology (IT) College."
This award is effective July 1 , 2002 and expires June 30, 2005.
This grant is awarded pursuant to the authority of the National Science
Foundation Act of 1950, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1861-75) and is subject to NSF
Grant General Conditions (GC-1), dated 07/02 and the following terms and
conditions:
As a condition of this award, the grantee agrees to provide cost sharing as
specified in the referenced proposal, as amended, in the amount of $254,477.
No Federal funds may be used to meet the grantee's cost sharing obligation for
this project.

based its support.
